the staff was kind and attentive to every detail. i appreciated the quick responses and helpfulness. the general manager was always ready to promptly address any requests. i loved having a room with direct access to the pool, conveniently located near the beach.

The heated pools were a fantastic feature (especially during the cooler evenings). there is a short pier and a convenient stairway entry into the water. Everything was within close reach.

the culinary experience included varied dishes. there were refined cheeses and fresh juices always available. i found two à la carte restaurants included in the stay (the food was amazing there).

The staff provided snacks upon my late arrival. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for me. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently.
I observed that some tables in the dining area were not very clean. Cutlery should be placed on napkins, not directly on tables.

i appreciated the efficient airport pickup service and easy check-in. the staff members were helpful and polite. the large swimming pool was well kept and clean plus the beach was close by with a convenient shuttle service available.

I found the staff to be great. They worked hard to. moises from animation, sebl from reception, nady from the bar, and ahmed from the pool bar deserve special mention for their extra effort. the reception was helpful, and check-in was fast. i appreciated the fast check-in and efficient check-out process.
I noticed slight issues with cleanliness. Cutlery sometimes sat directly on tables without napkins.
